How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within a few days upon placing your order. This email comes complete with your order ID, tracking number and a link for order tracking, allowing you effortlessly keep tabs on your package's progress.
In the rare event that your order extends beyond the estimated shipping timeframe or if you have any additional shipping inquiries, please contact us via email, where we are ready to assist you promptly.
Where can I find your shops?
We currently operate exclusively online and do not have any physical stores.
To stay updated on any future stockists or physical store openings, please follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter.
Can I change my shipping address or modify my order?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at contact@once-jewelry.com within 2 hours of placing the order with your order ID and the new shipping address.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.
